Tina Francis ( 20th March - 6th April 2014)

'The Changing Faces of Mining'

Dramatic, thought provoking, Tina's latest exhibition was those things and more. A limited colour palette and the amazingly detailed portraits of the miners added to the feeling of being underground with them. She captured the different textures of the clothing, rope and tools beautifully. A truly talented
lady.

Tidal Lagoon Project (10th Februay - 1st March 2014)

Tidal Lagoon Project

The gallery became temporary home to a model of the proposed tidal lagoon project.

Staff from the project were on hand to deal with any questions/concerns.

Heather Evans (18th November - 24th November 2013)

Heather Evans

Heather's bright, beautiful landscapes filled the gallery with warmth and vibrant colour.

Anthony Dyke (21st October - 3rd November 2013)

Anthony Dyke - Photographer

Anthony's composition and willingness to go the extra mile for a different viewpoint of a scene makes for some great shots. I'm particularly taken with those he has taken at sunrise/sunset and in the snow.  He has an excellent eye for detail and yet is not afraid to experiment with some more abstract themes. Stunning.

Clwb Celf Ystrad (Ystradgynlais Art Group ...30th September - 13th October 2013)

Clwb Celf Ystrad

An interesting mix of styles and subjects made this exhibition well worth a visit. From landscapes to still life, in different mediums, there was something to suit everyone's taste. A very talented bunch!

Hey! Look - See! (16th - 29th September 2013)

Paul Treweeks

Interesting angles, unusual subjects and a fascination with discarded objects made the ordinary extraordinary in this exhibition. Paul (or Wallman as he prefers to be known) is back with us in July 2014.. definitely worth a visit.

Cheryl Stone (19th August - 31st September 2013)

Cheryl Stone

Cheryl's beautiful watercolours are always popular. Light filled, subtle tones perfectly capturing local scenes. The warmth of the light and sensitive interpretation of the Gower coastline always make me want to get down to the beach! If you'd like to see some of Cheryl's work her website address is www.3cliffsart.co.uk.. well worth a look :-)

Howard Middleton Jones - Sands of Time (29th July - 18th August 2013)

Sands of Time

A truly amazing photographic exhibition which visually catalogued Howard's extensive travels, as well as some scenes from slightly closer to home!
His aerial egyptian shots were breathtaking and really made you appreciate the scale of his work.

Flotsam & Jetsam (15th - 28th July 2013)

 Flotsam and Jetsam

Dramatic textured paintings (David Hughes Jones), tactile ceramics (Lindy Martin) and delicate etheral jewellery (Katie Owen), truly beautiful work.
